- All our cakes are made from fresh ingredients with no artificial preservatives.
- Every sponge cake is made as close to your wedding date as possible to maximise freshness.
- Fruitcakes are made by soaking fruits in brandy with oranges. Once cooked, the cake is then “fed” with brandy or Madeira to your taste and matured for extra flavour.
- We also bake a chocolate rum & raisin fruitcake for chocaholics!
- We are happy to bake cupcakes and tiered cakes with a variety of flavours.
- We also make sponges in gluten-free, egg-free and dairy-free options.
- We are happy to make cakes in a wide range of shapes and styles and offer a free consultation to help you design your perfect cake.
- All our designs are adaptable to different portion sizes and can be displayed as stacked cakes, with pillars or spacers, on separated stands or as single tier cakes.
- We are happy to liaise with your venue/florist or dressmaker to match colours, decorate cakes with fresh flowers or obtain toning ribbon.
- If you already have a particular design idea we are happy to follow this.
- If you have seen a design you like, we are always happy to quote on copying a picture you have found.
- Don’t fancy an iced cake? We are happy to make a dessert alternative if wished.
